Privacy Policy

This policy covers the PareOps RAID & SCR writer, available on the web at pareops.app/raid and as the “PareOps RAID” mobile app. It is operated by Innovex Consulting Ltd (“we”, “us”).

What we collect

We keep data collection to a minimum:

• The text you enter (your RAID and SCR notes) is stored only on your own device, in your browser/app storage. We do not store it on our servers.
• Your email address, only if you choose to provide it to sign up. In the app this is optional and can be skipped.
• Drafting requests (AI): when you use AI drafting, the text you type into the tool is sent to a third-party AI service to generate the wording, which is then returned to you. See "AI drafting" below for exactly what is sent and to whom.

AI drafting — what is sent, and to whom

AI drafting is optional. The app asks for your permission before sending any data to an AI service, and you can use the tool offline instead, in which case nothing is sent.

• What is sent: only the short text you type into the tool (your RAID or SCR notes) for the item you are drafting. No name, email, device identifier or other personal data is attached.
• Who it is sent to: by default, Cloudflare Workers AI (Cloudflare, Inc.), via our endpoint at pareops.app. If you choose to add your own API key in Settings, it is sent instead to Anthropic, PBC.
• How it is used: solely to generate the drafted statement and return it to you. It is processed in real time and not stored on our servers, not used to train AI models, and never used for advertising or sold.
• Protection: these providers are bound by their terms to provide protection for the data equal to that described in this policy.

How we use it

• Your notes are processed to produce the RAID/SCR wording you ask for. Nothing more.
• If you provide your email, we add you to our mailing list (via Beehiiv) to send occasional carve-out tips and product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Processors we use

• Cloudflare — hosting and the AI drafting endpoint (including Cloudflare Workers AI).
• Anthropic — only if you choose to use your own API key for drafting.
• Beehiiv — email list management, only if you sign up.

We do not sell your data, and we do not show third-party advertising.

Your choices

• Use the tool without signing up (skip the email step in the app).
• Clear your saved entries at any time by clearing the app/site data on your device.
• Unsubscribe from emails at any time, or ask us to remove your address.
