How the PareOps RAID Generator works

Pick a type, describe it, and the app writes it in a consistent governance framework. Every statement has the same shape so your RAID log reads cleanly.

The four templates

RiskThere is a risk that (risk), caused as a result of (cause), which may result in (impact).
AssumptionThere is an assumption that (assumption). If invalid, there is a risk that (risk), which may result in (impact).
IssueThere is an issue that (issue), which has resulted in (impact). This has been caused because (cause).
