Common questions
- What counts as an "engagement"?
- One client engagement — a single carve-out, datacentre move, M&A integration, or transformation programme. Multiple workstreams, projects, and rollouts inside it are fine. If you're running several distinct client engagements, contact us for a multi-engagement licence.
- What happens after the 14-day trial?
- You'll see a banner inside the app a few days before it ends. To carry on, you'll subscribe via Stripe Checkout. If you do nothing, the app simply locks read-only until you subscribe — your data isn't deleted.
- Can I switch between monthly and annual?
- Yes — switch either way from the Customer Portal (linked in the sidebar). Switches take effect immediately, with prorated charges or credits.
- Is my data secure?
- Storage is Cloudflare D1 (SQLite on Cloudflare's edge network). Access is gated by Cloudflare Access (magic-link email auth). HTTPS only. See the privacy policy for details.
- Do you offer team or enterprise plans?
- Solo is the only self-serve plan today. For multi-PM teams or enterprise procurement, email us — we'll set up a separate licence.
- Where does VAT apply?
- The £299 / £2,990 numbers are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. Stripe applies the right tax for your country at Checkout.
