Terms of Service

Last updated: 23 June 2026

These terms cover your use of the Pareops service at pareops.app and app.pareops.app ("Pareops", "we", "us"). Pareops is operated by Innovex Consulting Ltd, a private limited company registered in England & Wales (company number 12707076, VAT registration GB 456 5694 49). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Pareops is a programme-management workspace for IT carve-outs, datacentre moves, and M&A integrations. We provide hosted software that lets you record and track project artefacts (RAID items, plans, rollouts, milestones, runbooks). The service is provided "as is" — best effort, monitored, and improved on an ongoing basis, but without uptime SLAs at the Solo tier.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and acting on behalf of a business or yourself in a professional capacity. You're responsible for the security of your account — keep your email account secure, because we authenticate using a magic-link email service (Cloudflare Access). You're responsible for the activity that happens under your account.

3. Pricing, trial, and billing

Pareops Solo is offered at £299 per month or £2,990 per year per engagement, inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. We offer a 14-day free trial — no card details are required to start the trial. To continue using Pareops after the trial, you'll subscribe via Stripe-hosted Checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the Stripe Customer Portal linked inside the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. See the refund policy for details on partial refunds.

4. Your data

Everything you put into Pareops belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of your project data and we don't sell it. We store it on Cloudflare's edge network (Cloudflare D1, encrypted in transit, replicated). You can export your project data at any time from inside the app. If you cancel, your data remains available for download for 30 days, after which we delete it.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Pareops to do anything illegal, to harm us or anyone else, to infringe intellectual property, or to attack the service (rate-limit abuse, reverse-engineering, port-scanning, etc.). We may suspend access if you break this rule.

6. Service changes and downtime

Pareops is actively developed. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We'll give reasonable notice for changes that materially reduce functionality during a paid period — usually 30 days. We don't offer a contractual uptime SLA at the Solo tier; we do monitor availability and aim for at least 99% monthly uptime in practice.

7. Liability

Pareops is a tool to help you manage your projects — it doesn't replace your professional judgement, your change-control processes, or your security controls. To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, our total liability to you under or in connection with these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't legally be excluded.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll show the "Last updated" date at the top and notify paying customers by email at least 14 days before any change that materially affects your rights.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of England & Wales.

10. Contact and company information
